Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern the use of the services provided by the company. By accessing or using any service, platform, or resource made available by the organization, users agree to be bound by these terms. If a user does not accept these terms, they should not use the services. The company may require additional agreements or statements of work for specific engagements, and those documents will supplement these terms.
Service Usage
Services are provided subject to lawful and authorized use. Users must not misuse the services or attempt to interfere with other users’ access. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access; scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. Users are responsible for their own devices and internet connectivity when accessing services.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the company’s methodologies, content, creative work, software, and documentation remain the property of the organization unless explicitly assigned in a written agreement. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for the purposes described in their contract. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of protected materials is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Total liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amounts paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set forth in the applicable agreement or statement of work. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for breach of terms, illegal activity, or other conduct reasonably believed to be harmful to the company or its users. Upon termination, obligations that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including payment of outstanding fees and protection of confidential information.
Changes to Terms
The company may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted or otherwise communicated in a manner designed to provide notice. Continued use of services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
